Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty)

Rhinoplasty, commonly known as nose surgery, is performed to modify the shape and size of the nose. The objectives of rhinoplasty can be aesthetic, functional, or both. Below is a detailed description of the procedure and key considerations:

Planning: Using images and three-dimensional models, Dr. Pareja will discuss possible outcomes and available options. A surgical plan will be established to address both the aesthetic and functional aspects of the nose.

Surgical Procedure: Rhinoplasty can be performed using open or closed techniques. In an open rhinoplasty, a small incision is made on the columella (the narrow strip of tissue that separates the nostrils) to gain better access to the internal nasal structures.
